To the Sea

It's Pisces season, and as luck would have it, both the warming of the Florida weather and my birthday coincide with its commencement.

I spent my birthday weekend with the greatest females I know, and the weather blessed us with sun shiney days and temperatures just warm enough to draw the crowds outside for patio dining and leisurely strolls along the shore. The days following have been equally lovely and escapes to the beach have been undoubtedly made. What is it about the sea that calls us to her shores? What is it about the sand running through your toes that is just so liberating? I prefer not to think about it too in-depth and instead to simply immerse myself in all the splendor of it.

Sand, Sun, Sea. Solitude, Serenity, Simplicity. The sea, the sea, the sea.
